The Operational Quality Assurance Pharmacist reports to the Responsable QA SelfCare for OTC/Pharmaceutical products. This fixed-term contract role is based fully onsite at Val-de-Reuil. You will ensure compliance with quality standards for products manufactured or packaged there.

Day-to-day involves reviewing batch records for OTC/Pharmaceutical products produced on site. Release or reject products per BPF, norms, internal processes, and AMM dossiers while meeting deadlines. Handle deviations from site incidents and customer complaints in collaboration with departments.

Requirements

  • Pharmacist qualification suitable for industrial pharmaceutical operations
  • Knowledge of BPF (GMP) and pharmaceutical quality norms
  • Experience with batch record review and product release
  • Familiarity with deviation management and customer complaint handling
  • Ability to apply AMM dossiers and internal quality processes
  • Proficiency in quality documentation and deadline management

Responsibilities

  • Review batch records of OTC/Pharmaceutical products produced on site
  • Ensure release or rejection of OTC/Pharmaceutical products manufactured and/or packaged at Val-de-Reuil or subcontracted, per Quality rules (BPF, norms, internal processes) and AMM dossiers, respecting deadlines
  • Write deviations occurring on site and related to customer complaints in collaboration with involved departments, respecting deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with GMP (BPF) and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical products
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and other departments on quality investigations
  • Support quality processes for OTC and pharmaceutical self-care products
