Requirements

Completed training as Chemielaborant:in, Chemikant:in, or comparable field
Responsible work according to GMP guidelines with precise and structured documentation
Ideally first experience in cleanroom environment
High reliability, independence, and strong understanding of structured processes
Team spirit, flexibility, strong communication skills, and good German and English proficiency for international environment

Responsibilities

Prepare materials and check equipment for smooth production starts
Monitor manufacturing processes and facilities and document precisely per GMP guidelines
Prepare samples for in-process controls and carefully review documentation
Maintain equipment in top condition through cleaning, maintenance, and quick troubleshooting
Contribute ideas to continuously optimize production facilities and processes
