As an Associate Principal in the MEP team, you will lead projects, business development, and team development with strong ownership for on-time, on-budget delivery. Responsibilities include directing complex real-world products and providing intellectual leadership to clients and teams. You will act as a thought partner, leveraging in-depth expertise and strategic acumen to build trust.

Requirements

In-depth expertise in real-world evidence and advanced analytics
Proven project leadership in designing and delivering evidence programs for pharma
Strategic acumen to serve as thought partner on population health improvement
Experience managing complex projects with risk mitigation in consulting
Strong business development skills for proposal creation and client partnerships
Intellectual leadership in real-world data applications for clinical guidelines and market access
Global collaboration experience across multidisciplinary pharma teams

Responsibilities

Lead project teams of RWS professionals in the design, development, and delivery of complex real-world products
Provide direction, advice, and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams, working with the Principal-in-Charge
Actively manage projects to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, mitigating identified risks
Ensure client satisfaction with high-quality delivery that meets or exceeds expectations, maintaining close engagement
Leverage in-depth expertise and strategic acumen to build trust and act as a thought partner for clients
Lead proposal development, collaborating across IQVIA teams for compelling client solutions
Support business development on up to two large accounts in Switzerland
Serve as MEP expert for assigned accounts, collaborating across real-world and commercial teams
