As Clinical Data Manager / Biomedical Data Specialist, conduct analyses, review datasets for integrity, and perform cleaning and harmonization. Create Tableau dashboards and execute database queries in MongoDB or MySQL.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Molecular Medicine, Biomedicine, Biology, Biotechnology, Data Science, or a related life-science or clinical data field
Experience working with clinical, biological, or molecular data
Strong understanding of data validation, data quality control, and structured documentation (e.g., SOPs)
Hands-on experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
Practical experience with data visualization tools, ideally Tableau
Knowledge of oncology-specific biomarkers or tumor biology
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GCP, GDPR, or clinical data governance standards
Experience with biobank processes, clinical sample logistics, or clinical research workflows

Responsibilities

Conduct data analyses, evaluations, and validations in accordance with internal SOPs and quality standards
Review datasets for integrity, consistency, completeness, and accuracy
Perform data cleaning and harmonization to ensure high data quality
Create dashboards and reports in Tableau for management, internal projects, and KPI monitoring
Perform database queries (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL) to analyze and provide clinical and biological data
Continuously refine and harmonize processes related to data collection, validation, and processing
Support the development, implementation, and testing of new tools, automation scripts, and data workflows
Collaborate closely with clinical partners to resolve data discrepancies and ensure smooth data exchange
