Employ advanced biomathematical and bioinformatic methods on high-quality data to validate targets using patient-derived models. As Clinical Data Manager / Biomedical Data Specialist, conduct analyses, review datasets for integrity, and perform cleaning and harmonization. Create Tableau dashboards and execute database queries in MongoDB or MySQL.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Molecular Medicine, Biomedicine, Biology, Biotechnology, Data Science, or a related life-science or clinical data field
  • Experience working with clinical, biological, or molecular data
  • Strong understanding of data validation, data quality control, and structured documentation (e.g., SOPs)
  • Hands-on experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
  • Practical experience with data visualization tools, ideally Tableau
  • Knowledge of oncology-specific biomarkers or tumor biology
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GCP, GDPR, or clinical data governance standards
  • Experience with biobank processes, clinical sample logistics, or clinical research workflows

Responsibilities

  • Conduct data analyses, evaluations, and validations in accordance with internal SOPs and quality standards
  • Review datasets for integrity, consistency, completeness, and accuracy
  • Perform data cleaning and harmonization to ensure high data quality
  • Create dashboards and reports in Tableau for management, internal projects, and KPI monitoring
  • Perform database queries (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL) to analyze and provide clinical and biological data
  • Continuously refine and harmonize processes related to data collection, validation, and processing
  • Support the development, implementation, and testing of new tools, automation scripts, and data workflows
  • Collaborate closely with clinical partners to resolve data discrepancies and ensure smooth data exchange
