As Senior Specialist Transfer Task Force Support - Biologics/Vaccine Manufacturing, join a world-class team at our Center of Excellence in the Animal Health Corridor. Contribute to site-to-site technology transfers for Large Molecule Animal Health vaccines across the US manufacturing network.
The TTF Support ensures successful site-to-site transfers and provides project management support to US manufacturing sites. Expertise drives on-time, in-budget delivery and compliant supply of Animal Health vaccines. The team holds end-to-end responsibility for transfer execution and supports manufacturing sites and Transfer Leads with standardized approaches.
Collaborate closely with manufacturing sites and global functions across regions to align transfer activities with company strategy. Focus on US Region site-to-site transfers for biologics and vaccines. Work in a dynamic environment dedicated to improving animal health and welfare globally through veterinary products.

Requirements
- 3–5 years project/program coordination or management experience on complex biologics or vaccine projects, including tech transfers
- Experience with Quality Assurance processes and tech-transfer documentation
- Awareness of global regulatory expectations
- Strong communicator and organized
- Knowledge of vaccine processes and biological manufacturing
- Familiarity with upstream, downstream, formulation, fill finish, and lyophilization processes
- Ability to translate process information for receiving sites
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end coordination of site-to-site technology transfer execution across all transfer blocks
- Serve as point of contact for donor and receiving sites and global technical and quality functions
- Support scoping and siting assessments and contribute to development of transfer strategies
- Gather and analyze data for fit-to-plant reviews and gap assessments
- Work with subject matter experts in upstream, downstream, formulation, fill finish and lyophilization
- Maintain transfer plans, schedules, action trackers, risk and issue logs
- Prepare and organize transfer packages including process descriptions, critical quality attributes, and control strategies
- Lead routine meetings, set agendas, record minutes, and provide stakeholder updates
