About this role
In this position, various laboratory skills are used to test and measure products or materials, ensuring analyses are performed according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), analytical methods, and current compendia. This role is fixed-term for 3 years. It focuses on quality control in a pharmaceutical environment.
Daily tasks include conducting diverse analysis methods for quality control, such as cell culture-based methods and real-time PCR. Contribute to method development and validation, along with GMP-compliant evaluation, documentation, and archiving of results. Assist in creating work instructions while adhering to GMP regulations and SOPs in the lab.

Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as Pharmatechniker, Labortechniker, CTA, MTA, BTA, or equivalent training
- Good German skills; English skills advantageous
- Ideally knowledge and practical experience with cell culture and/or real-time PCR analyses
- Ideally first professional experience in pharmaceutical or comparable industry
- IT skills, especially Microsoft Office
- Independent working style, team ability, high willingness to learn, and self-motivation
Responsibilities
- Conduct various analysis methods for quality control (e.g., cell culture-based methods, real-time PCR, etc.)
- Contribute to method development and method validation
- Perform GMP-compliant evaluation, documentation, and archiving of analysis results
- Assist in the creation of work instructions
- Comply with and implement applicable GMP regulations and SOPs in the laboratory
