Du übernimmst die Quality Oversight für Qualifizierung, Wartung und Kalibrierung von Räumen, Anlagen und technischen Systemen in der Feststoffproduktion. Du prüfst, bewertest und genehmigst Qualifizierungsunterlagen, Risikoanalysen und weitere Dokumente im gesamten Lifecycle von Systemen. Du bewertest Abweichungen und CAPAs und schaffst nachhaltige Lösungen, die Produktionssicherheit und Compliance stärken.

Du arbeitest eng mit Produktion, QC, Engineering, Logistik sowie standortübergreifenden Teams zusammen und schaffst gemeinsame Qualitätsgrundlagen. Als QA-Partner*in suchen wir Menschen, die pragmatisch handeln und Verantwortung übernehmen.

Du verbesserst kontinuierlich unsere Prozesse und stellst diese bei Inspektionen vor. Du wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung des Quality Management Systems mit und treibst Trainings- und Verbesserungsinitiativen voran. Requirements

Completed natural sciences university degree or engineering degree or equivalent long-term practical professional experience
Proven leadership competencies and ability to motivate teams
In-depth know-how in EU GMP Volume IV, AMG, CFRs
Expertise in qualification and validation processes
Knowledge of pharmaceutical documentation and Data Integrity
Understanding of technical fundamentals in GMP environment and engineering processes
Strong communication and decision-making skills in a highly networked environment
Very good German and English skills

Responsibilities

Provide Quality Oversight for qualification, maintenance, and calibration of rooms, facilities, and technical systems in solid production and/or packaging
Monitor measures to secure worldwide production capability according to international authority requirements (e.g., FDA, Bezirksregierung Köln)
Review, assess, and approve qualification documents (DQ/IQ/OQ), risk analyses, and other documents throughout the lifecycle of systems
Assess deviations and CAPAs and create sustainable solutions that strengthen production safety and compliance
Collaborate closely with Production, QC, Engineering, Logistics, and cross-site teams to establish shared quality foundations
Continuously improve processes and present them during inspections
Contribute actively to the further development of the Quality Management System (QMS) and drive training and improvement initiatives
