Senior IT/OT Project Manager - Security Segmentation & Resilience

Fusion Consulting, a globally leading Business and IT boutique consultancy specialized in the Life Sciences industry, is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a critical infrastructure project in a regulated pharma manufacturing environment. This role focuses on IT/OT network segmentation, cybersecurity tooling implementation, and legacy system remediation to improve operational resilience and compliance.

Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering OT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects, overseeing implementation of segmentation and secure access controls, and coordinating migration of OT gateways and integration of security platforms. You will engage stakeholders across IT, OT, QA, and Engineering while ensuring compliance with GxP and IT Security standards.

You will join a globally distributed team of over 450 employees across 25 offices, united by an entrepreneurial spirit and a client-first, open-hearted approach.
