Medical Writers effectively collect and evaluate data from multiple sources to create cohesive content strategies for writing projects. The role is based in Gurugram.

Develop abstracts, posters, slide-decks, and complex manuscripts from clinical study reports, protocols, and other data sources. Create slide decks for product information and disease information. Develop materials that are scientifically accurate, medically relevant, and adhere to required branding guidelines within stipulated time.

Understand and define client requirements at project kick-off stage, developing and fact-checking scientific content across therapeutic areas. Work within a global team with three headquarters across four continents, operations in 13 countries, 65 delivery centers, and more than 66,000 employees. Combine scale, expertise, and execution for meaningful impact.

Ensure compliance with various pharma regulations and publication guidelines, supported by authentic up-to-date references. Present data in a clear, complete, accurate, and concise manner. Contribute to human-led solutions that enable lasting business value and build resilience in disruption.

Requirements

BDS/MDS/M.Pharm/PhD in life sciences
Understanding of any specialty area of medicine (preferred Oral health) or an overall understanding of the medical field
Ability to interpret clinical study reports, protocols, and related data sources
Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations and publication guidelines
Proficiency in creating scientifically accurate medical content and slide decks
Skill in fact-checking and ensuring medical relevance across therapeutic areas

Responsibilities

Effectively collect and evaluate data, information, and input from multiple sources to create a cohesive content strategy for writing projects
