As Junior Manager Medical Affairs & Education, you shape scientific communication and supply doctors, partners, and patients worldwide with relevant, trustworthy information. Your expertise ensures global access to validated, audience-specific content through diligent review and strategic contributions.

Review pharmaceutical-medical contents like flyers and brochures for approval. Develop and deliver trainings in German, English, and Spanish for product launches to internal and external partners. Answer medical inquiries from doctors and field staff within 24 hours.

Research pharmaceutical literature and clinical studies to inform Medical Affairs strategy. Support marketing projects and represent DENK PHARMA at congresses and trade fairs. Join a global network focused on quality and trust in a family-owned environment.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Natural Sciences or comparable field
  • Initial practical experience in Medical Affairs or highly regulated environment through internships, working student roles or first industry position
  • Solid knowledge in Medical Affairs, pharmaceutical technology, pharmaceutical texts and dossier formats
  • Very good German, English, and Spanish skills in spoken and written form
  • Structured, deadline-oriented working style with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Confident communication of complex topics with international partners and customers
  • Willingness to travel approximately 3-5 times per year for international collaboration
  • Open mindset to AI tools for research, training materials, or translation quality checks

Responsibilities

  • Review and approve pharmaceutical-medical contents like flyers, doctor and patient brochures for global partners
  • Develop target-group-specific trainings for product launches and conduct them for internal and external partners in German, English, and Spanish
  • Answer pharmaceutical-medical inquiries from doctors and field staff reliably within 24 hours
  • Research and evaluate current pharmaceutical literature and clinical studies, translating insights into actionable recommendations for Medical Affairs strategy
  • Support national and international marketing and sales projects and represent DENK PHARMA at specialist congresses and trade fairs
