Oversee data analytics to identify and prevent controlled substance mismanagement and drug diversion. Coordinate timely investigations of suspected diversion with site leaders and the Drug Diversion Response Team. Collaborate with internal and system pharmacy, operational, and clinical leadership to maintain open communication and provide updates on findings. Participate in meetings on drug diversion, compliance, safety, security, and accreditation. Serve as primary liaison between pharmacy operations, compliance, and leadership for consistent adherence.
