Advanced Process Manufacturing teams contribute to the design and development of innovative process engineering solutions in Pharmaceutical, Semi-Conductor, and Process industries. Manage projects, assess client needs, and provide technical guidance using computational design for successful outcomes.

Work in cross-functional teams providing capability, capacity, and competitive advantage across unique projects in collaboration with global businesses. Participate in project reviews for status tracking and reporting while ensuring adherence to cGMP guidelines and Arcadis SOPs.

Develop documentation, diagrams, and specifications meeting regulatory standards. Prepare and review DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ qualifications, FAT/SAT protocols, and reports to deliver impactful solutions improving quality of life.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical (preferred) or Mechanical Engineering
  • 4-12 years of experience as a process engineer in design engineering consultancy
  • Experience as process engineer in design engineering consultancy environment
  • Knowledge of process analysis and process modelling
  • Working knowledge of process safety, risk assessment, and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Knowledge of equipment for OSD, parenteral facilities, blister packing, and secondary packing lines
  • Master’s degree in process engineering or related field (nice to have)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare plant equipment layouts, process flow diagrams, equipment sizing, and P&IDs
  • Prepare specifications and data sheets for process equipment, utility equipment, and warehouse equipment
  • Handle OSD projects including tablet and capsule manufacturing, granulators, FBD/FBP, compression, and coaters
  • Design small and large volume parenteral facilities with ampoule/vial washers, filling machines, isolators, autoclaves, and inspection machines
  • Develop plant process control philosophies and provide process input to instrumentation team for data sheets
  • Prepare and review project documents including DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ qualifications, FAT/SAT protocols and reports
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, cGMP guidelines, Arcadis SOPs, SHE, and sustainability
