For our Project Management Office, take full ownership of clinical projects as Clinical Project Manager for a 1.5-year maternity leave cover. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes within timelines, milestones, and financial targets.
Ensure every project executes in strict accordance with protocols, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines. Act as main contact for clients and project teams while building and strengthening client relationships. Coordinate diverse internal and external stakeholders, manage risks, and uphold quality standards as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or related field, or equivalent qualification with initial relevant professional experience
- Ability to independently apply foundational knowledge in a professional setting
- Experience in project management preferred
- Knowledge of FDA/GxP environments preferred
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Excellent organizational skills and stakeholder management
- Independent, proactive working style
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
Responsibilities
