General Manager - Fill Finish

You will oversee technical and business operations at designated external manufacturing sites, serving as the primary point of accountability for strategic and tactical activities. Responsible for up to 5 CDMO sites and up to $100m in spend, ensure supplier performance meets quality, cost, and delivery specifications. Drive strategic initiatives for business growth and operational excellence.

Establish and adhere to external manufacturing budget for designated sites while driving continuous improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across processes. Lead cross-functional teams to address complex manufacturing issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage CDMO site selection, contract negotiation, and alignment with internal stakeholders.

Lead a small team of direct reports, providing technical direction, leadership, and development to people leaders and individual contributors. Advocate for External Site Leads in global leadership teams and collaborate with directors across functions. Liaise with governmental agencies as needed to uphold operational standards.

Establish and maintain strong partnerships with external partners to foster collaboration and long-term success. Facilitate technology transfers and validations with cross-functional stakeholders. Cultivate a continuous improvement environment within tech transfer teams at internal and external sites.
