Hippocratic AI

Palo Alto, US · Full-time · $260,000 – $340,000

About this role

Hippocratic AI is the leading generative AI company in healthcare with the only system capable of safe, autonomous clinical conversations with patients. The company has trained its own LLMs resulting in over 99.9% accuracy and is contracted with five of the top 20 pharma companies globally.

The Head of Pharmacovigilance and Safety will build and lead the safety infrastructure that enables the platform to operate credibly and compliantly across every patient interaction. This includes owning pharmacovigilance systems, adverse event processes, safety governance, and signal detection capabilities.

You will serve as the company's lead on drug safety, adverse event management, safety signal detection, and pharmacovigilance compliance with a focus on enabling enterprise sales to pharma and medtech partners. The role requires designing how pharmacovigilance works when the front line is an AI agent rather than a human representative.

This is one of the most creatively challenging safety roles in healthcare today. You will invent the frameworks, define the standards, and build the systems that become the industry blueprint for AI-enabled pharmacovigilance while working alongside experts from institutions such as Stanford, Johns Hopkins, Google, and NVIDIA.
