The GMP Cleaner maintains a clean, sanitized, and compliant environment in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices standards. This role supports product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in production areas.
A day in the life involves performing routine and deep cleaning of production areas, cleanrooms, and support spaces. Clean and sanitize manufacturing equipment, floors, walls, ceilings, and high-touch surfaces following approved SOPs. Prepare, label, and use cleaning solutions per Safety Data Sheets and procedures.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites
- Must be willing to work assigned hours
- Capable of performing the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and deep cleaning of production areas, cleanrooms, and support spaces in compliance with GMP standards
- Clean and sanitize manufacturing equipment, floors, walls, ceilings, and high-touch surfaces following approved SOPs
- Prepare, label, and properly use cleaning solutions in accordance with Safety Data Sheets and company procedures
- Complete and maintain accurate cleaning logs, documentation, and batch records as required by quality systems
- Follow gowning procedures and maintain strict adherence to contamination control practices
- Identify and report any deviations, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to supervision immediately
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of waste and cleaning materials per regulatory guidelines
- Support audits and inspections by maintaining compliance with GMP and company standards
