About this role

As Senior Manager Quality Assurance at Redcare Pharmacy, you will take overall responsibility for the strategic direction and further development of quality assurance in the ePrescription and telematics infrastructure area. You ensure that our software solutions meet the highest quality standards along complex regulatory requirements and function reliably in the production environment.

In this role, you lead an interdisciplinary QA team, develop test strategies, and establish sustainable quality processes across the entire end-to-end process—from requirements to operations. You act as a central interface between Product, Engineering, Operations, and external partners.

A key focus is coordinating and implementing regulatory requirements in the context of gematik. You ensure that provider requirements, certification processes, and quality assurance measures are implemented efficiently, and you translate regulatory specifications into actionable QA strategies.

You actively shape the further development of test automation and create the foundation for efficient, secure, and scalable systems. This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful change in healthcare technology while leading a dedicated team in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

Several years of experience in software quality assurance, ideally in complex or regulated environments
Experience in leading and developing teams
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, particularly in the context of gematik and telematics infrastructure
Proven ability to translate regulatory specifications into actionable QA strategies
Experience with test automation and end-to-end testing in complex system landscapes
Ability to act as a central interface between product, engineering, operations, and external partners

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and enable an interdisciplinary QA team
Take responsibility for the strategic direction and continuous development of Quality Assurance in the eRX & TI environment
Define and implement holistic test strategies including an end-to-end approach across complex system landscapes
Manage and further develop test automation for our end-to-end ePrescription journeys
Analyze quality metrics and derive and implement sustainable improvement measures
Support and advise on the conception of new products, features, and architectures from a QA perspective
