About this role
As an apprentice within our Global Regulatory Affairs team for General Medicines Innovation Franchise, you’ll participate in regulatory strategy discussions in relation to regions and affiliates. Focus on different portfolios in our innovation franchise, particularly Type 1 diabetes. Ready to get started?
Research and update requirements for line extensions and new registrations for marketed products and products in development. Maintain regulatory databases for registration tracking and project timelines. Support review of ongoing procedures like variations, renewals, and responses to Health Authority questions.

Requirements
- Organization, rigor, communication skills
- Knowledge in sciences and regulatory affairs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Veeva Vault
- Bac+5/6 in pharmacy, biology with a specialization in regulatory affairs, pharmaceutical sciences or clinical research
- Fluent English and French mandatory
Responsibilities
- Participate in researching and updating requirements for line extensions and new registrations for marketed products and products in development
- Take part in regulatory databases for registration tracking and project timelines
- Support the review of ongoing regulatory procedures such as variations, renewals, responses to Health Authority questions on clinical trials and new registrations
- Take part in the preparation of briefing documents and presentations for internal governance meetings and health authority interactions
- Collaborate in the update of regulatory documents shared with other departments
