Join Lonza Japan’s Regulatory Affairs team and lead regulatory activities and regulatory intelligence for Japan. Guide a high-performing team while partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with Japanese regulations to bring innovative life science solutions to market.
Coordinate regulatory submissions and compliance activities as the key contact for customers and authorities. Provide regulatory intelligence specific to Japan and collaborate with internal business teams on regulatory impacts. Support team performance through continuous improvement and contribute to cross-site projects.

Requirements
- Advanced experience in Regulatory Affairs (CDMO experience preferred)
- Knowledge of Japanese regulatory requirements
- Ability to thrive in fast-changing environment and drive organizational change
- Strategic and hands-on mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
- Native Japanese and business-level English
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Tokyo Regulatory Affairs team
- Coordinate regulatory submissions and compliance activities
- Act as regulatory contact point for customers and authorities
- Provide regulatory intelligence for Japan
- Partner with internal business teams on regulatory impact
