You will act as the primary customer liaison, managing all communication and relationships between the project team, customer, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Consulting, or Product Management, with a proven track record of leading system implementation projects
Experience leading large-scale Enterprise projects
Proven ability to work both independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment
Experience in assembling, planning, resourcing, budgeting, and leading project teams
Experience designing and executing effective project governance models for large enterprises
Strong technical background in cloud-based software implementation within the life sciences industry

Responsibilities

Lead a key enterprise customer in the IT Operations and implementation of Veeva Quality Cloud suite
Manage a multi-year, multi-phased global implementation program, overseeing all aspects of program and project management, including resource planning, team leadership, project tracking, and forecasting
Act as the primary customer liaison, managing all communication and relationships between the project team, customer, and internal stakeholders
Oversee customer release management programs and IT operations for Veeva Quality Cloud suite
Analyze customer requirements and new product features to develop customer adoption and enhancement roadmaps
Mentor project teams and junior consultants within the Quality Services organization
Guide customers in adopting Quality Cloud and industry best practices as part of post-implementation programs focused on continuous improvement
