About this role
Lead ERP quality assurance in a fully remote position at Advocate Aurora Health. Drive test strategy, planning, and execution for SIT and UAT while managing defects. Ensure solutions meet business, regulatory, and release standards across enterprise business applications.
Identify, map, measure, analyze, and improve routine to moderately complex clinical and business processes using reengineering techniques and best practices. Prepare documentation with case diagrams, data flow diagrams, and models to evaluate proposed solutions against needs.
Translate user requirements into functional and technical design specifications, configure systems, and develop comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts. Conduct unit, integration, system, and end-user acceptance testing, tracking issues and documenting outcomes.
Provide training through materials and sessions for users and trainers while monitoring system functionality and processes. Communicate project status, manage upgrades, and assist with troubleshooting to support clinic users effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Computer Science or related field
- Typically 3 years of experience in business process mapping, analysis, defining business and user requirements, acceptance testing and documentation
- Experience driving ERP test strategy, planning, and execution including SIT and UAT
- Ability to manage defects and ensure compliance with business, regulatory, and release standards
- Proficiency in workflow analysis and business process reengineering techniques
- Skills in translating requirements into functional and technical design specifications

- Provide client and support training through development of training materials
- Monitor system functionality and business processes, instituting changes as needed
- Communicate project status and upgrades to users; manage application version upgrades
