You’ll pair deep scientific expertise with strategic vision and decisive leadership. Working across Oncology, Inflammation, Neuroscience, Metabolism, and Infectious Diseases, you will play a pivotal role in advancing a diverse and growing portfolio of client-driven programs.

As a central driver of DiscoveryOne® integrated drug discovery projects, you will build and lead dynamic, cross-functional project teams. These teams unite Eurofins Discovery scientists with client partners to harness the full breadth of capabilities.

Design, plan, and execute end-to-end discovery strategies that deliver meaningful results for clients—and ultimately, for patients. Drive progress across relevant sites to ensure timely delivery of data, milestones, and productive client relationships.

Requirements

Strong track record of successfully advancing compounds into clinical development
Deep scientific expertise paired with strategic vision and decisive leadership
Experience leading high-impact drug discovery programs from target validation through candidate selection
Expertise across Oncology, Inflammation, Neuroscience, Metabolism, and Infectious Diseases therapeutic areas
Ability to interpret complex data for swift decision making and risk mitigation
Proficiency in client-driven integrated drug discovery projects like DiscoveryOne®
Skills in designing screening cascades and workflows for drug discovery proposals

Responsibilities

Work with the Business Development team to consult with clients on requirements and prepare integrated drug discovery proposals, including screening cascade design
Drive progress of projects and activities across relevant sites to ensure timely delivery of data, project milestones, and productive client relationships
Interpret data to enable swift decision making, identify future risks, and support the project team in reaching client-satisfactory solutions
Act as the key project contact for regular communications, scheduling and attending project meetings, and presenting updates on timelines, data, change requests, and financial aspects
Support the maintenance of relevant project management documents
Build and lead dynamic, cross-functional project teams uniting Eurofins Discovery scientists with client partners
Design, plan, and execute end-to-end discovery strategies across Oncology, Inflammation, Neuroscience, Metabolism, and Infectious Diseases
