As Senior Consultant – Safety & PV SME, lead implementations of Vault Safety on the Professional Services team. Work side-by-side with customers and solution architects to transform Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance.

Define and drive business processes, lead project teams in delivering the solution, and guide customers throughout implementation programs. Provide subject matter expertise on Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance for customers and teams. Serve as primary contact for customer liaising and communication with stakeholders.

Mentor project team and junior consultants while representing Safety Professional Services across engagements like solution design, data migration, and systems integration. Thrive as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment with innovative thinkers challenging the status quo. Manage resource planning, team motivation, project tracking, and forecasting.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of life sciences industry experience, with the majority spent in Drug Safety, Pharmacovigilance, Healthcare, or adjacent Safety Industry
  • Experience implementing, supporting, or administering business/IT operations with safety databases like ARISg (LifeSphere), ARGUS, and/or other GxP software solutions for PV such as Oracle, Empirica, Commonwealth, or RxLogix solutions
  • Self-starter and motivated individual with the proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage diverse customers
  • Deep domain expertise in Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance
  • Experience leading implementations of safety systems

Responsibilities

  • Lead life sciences customers in the rapid configuration and implementation of Vault Safety
  • Define strategies, business processes, and implementation programs for deploying Vault Safety across an organization
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance for customers and project teams
  • Lead project management including resource planning, motivating cross-functional teams, tracking, and forecasting
  • Act as primary contact for customer liaising and managing communication between project team, customer, and stakeholders
  • Mentor project team and junior consultants
  • Represent Safety Professional Services across multiple engagements and workstreams such as solution design, configuration, data migration, and systems integration
  • Ensure customer success from beginning to end of the engagement lifecycle
