Cencora is seeking a Specialist Local Pharmacovigilance to be based in Madrid, Spain. Our team members are at the heart of everything we do, united in our responsibility to create healthier futures. Set up and manage the local pharmacovigilance system, including local literature search and ICSR management. Perform PV intelligence screening, maintain local PSMF, and set up organized data collection. Handle local PVA management, adaptation and submission of PSUR/RMP, and local signal detection.

Participate in PV-relevant audits and inspections, attend regular project meetings, and provide monthly PV reports on the status of the local PV system. Ensure PV training for affiliate employees, service providers, and third parties. Maintain close cooperation with the global PV system and related departments.

Requirements

  • Degree educated in a relevant subject
  • 1-2 years of relevant Pharmacovigilance experience
  • Ability to prioritize and manage own time and tasks
  • Ability to manage internal and external relationships on operational level
  • Good communication skills written and verbal
  • English business fluent
